Rising rates of anxiety, loneliness, and burnout point to a deeper challenge: not simply how to alleviate suffering, but how to help individuals and communities thrive. Drawing on more than 100 published papers, two decades of clinical practice, and leadership in the field of mental health, David H. Rosmarin explores what people need to flourish in the twenty-first century – and how institutions can cultivate resilience, meaning, hope, and human connection.
