What is Concierge Mental Health?
Dr. Rosmarin has limited availability for concierge mental health.
Board-certified clinical psychologist specializing in complex mental health and diagnostic clarification, with particular attention to meaning, spirituality, and relationships.
Dr. Photos is a clinical psychologist specializing in complex mood, anxiety, trauma, and personality-related conditions. She previously served as Clinical Director of the Gunderson Residence at McLean Hospital, an internationally recognized program for the treatment of complex personality and mood disorders. Her work emphasizes evidence-based treatment, careful case formulation, and coordinated care for individuals and families navigating complex or rapidly evolving clinical situations.
When diagnosis is unclear, treatment has stalled, or recommendations conflict, we help determine what is going on and what should happen next. This may involve a single consultation or a more comprehensive 5–10 hour Discovery. The goal is clarity, formulation, and a practical treatment plan.
For more complex or evolving situations, we can remain involved through psychotherapy, case management, treatment coordination, and ongoing consultation. Sometimes we provide direct treatment; in other cases, we help organize and guide the larger treatment team.
Mental health and relationships often affect one another. We work with couples and families around conflict, estrangement, accommodation of symptoms, parenting, and major transitions. We also consult when mental health, family relationships, finances, or family business concerns overlap.
Every engagement is tailored to the situation. Depending on the need, our involvement may take one or several of the following forms.
Initial Consultation
A focused 80-minute meeting for diagnostic clarification, second opinions, treatment recommendations, or guidance around a specific decision. All new engagements begin here.
A 5–10 hour assessment designed to clarify complex situations through careful clinical formulation, review, and consultation, culminating in an individualized treatment plan.
A concentrated period of individual, couples, or family work over several days or weeks, designed to create greater depth, continuity, and momentum.
Ongoing Support
Personalized psychotherapy, couples or family treatment, case management, and treatment-team coordination, structured around the evolving needs of the case.
Intensive consultation and coordination for selected urgent or rapidly evolving situations, including in-person support and travel when appropriate, within the U.S. or internationally.
